EVERYDAY STRENGTH TO MAINTAIN YOUR FUNCTIONALITY 
AS A RECREATIONAL GYM MEMBER WHILST NOT HAVING 
ACCESS TO THE GYM, MAKING EVERYDAY TASKS EASIER. 
THEN THIS IS THE PROGRAMME FOR YOU! 

 

- Comprised of 6 weeks, 4 sessions a week of progressive training.

~ Day 1 : Upper Lower 1.

~ Day 2 : Abs 1.

~ Day 3 : Rest day/Day 2 Conditioning (stretch & mobility).

~ Day 4 : Upper Lower 2. 

~ Day 5 : Abs 2.

~ Day 6 : Rest day/Day 4 Conditioning (stretch & mobility).

~ Day 7 : Rest day (stretch & mobility).

 

- Plus injury prevention warmups and mobility routines for all upper and lower body sessions with inter PDF hyperlinks. As well as conditioning (cardio) throughout all 6 weeks on the training programme.

 

- Furthermore there are hyperlinks to our Youtube channel for every single exercise utilised in the programme.

 

- Plus full explanations of how the read the programme, commonly asked questions and disclaimers before you begin the training.
