Service Description

Bespoke Frost Fitness physical measurements assessment taken and analysed by James @ Frost Fitness. This service includes tanita scales weigh-in, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, skulpt aim body fat% and muscle quality, as well as both left and right limb circumference measures taken and recorded.

Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer: Clients are given the option to cancel/reschedule one pre-booked session without penalty. Any further session cancellations/rescheduling following the first will still be charged. 24 hours notice must be given prior to any session cancellation/rescheduling.
