“Time to make myself accountable. I started a journey to improve myself when I was on placement in 2017 and fast forward 2 years on I'm seeing more and more progress each week. I've followed free advice and plans available on the internet but find it difficult to stick to them or the meal plans for long because I have no goal in mind. Being free and open means I don't invest much effort into sticking to the plans I download. 
Now my friend @frostfitnesspt has made and published a programme I've decided to make myself accountable and give it a go with his help and expertise. Look at his feed for details

1st picture was 1 week before I started placement weighing 10st ish and not touching a weight in anger ever. .

2nd was just after placement having used the onsite facilities that were basic but effective. Not much difference but added an extra stone in weight

3rd is now having started a full time job where I work away from home, live out of hotels and eat out at restaurants between 3 and 5 times a week. I piled 2st of mainly fat in 6 months on, which after, I then slowly transformed into more muscle and lost around 5% of body fat

The goal for me in using Frosty's programme is for me to build lean muscle mass and end at between 10-15% body fat by the end of the 12 weeks.”

So here it is Matt’s 12 week transformation results are in ! Massive thanks Matt for the post and kind words on your page post last weekend. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to repost it onto my feed and share your hard earned results with everyone!

“Can I compete with poses like this 😂? The results are in! Huge thank you to @frostfitnesspt and his programme. I can see and feel a huge difference in areas of like shoulders and legs which before were my most hated body part to train. 
Still learning how to take photos on my own which is why I'm still walking in the back view

In my lifts every exercise has seen increase in my 3RM and without the conditioning at the end of each session I wouldn't have been able to complete the PalaceToPalace 45 mile bike ride and the Run for the kids 5km 
Overhead Press +15kg
Bench Press +5kg
Back Squat +10kg
Front Squat +20kg
Deadlift +10kg
Close Grip Press +10kg

My body stats have also gone in the right direction:
