What did Phil achieve?

Phil has packed on 12kg scale weight in the last 8 months, most of which is lean muscle tissue as the photos show!

  • Increased speed

  • Increased stamina

  • Increased strength

  • Increased explosive power

  • Limb circumference measure increases in the right area such as chest, arms and legs to positively benefit his body composition! 

As you can see these figures have also resulted in significant visual changes! 

 

Resulting in further achievements including:

  • He is now filling his clothes even having to buy new!

  • Massive gym performance improvements, the weights he is lifting have increased considerably throughout this period, including multiple compound lift personal bests!

  • Self confidence has improved!

  • Mindset, focus, mood and energy levels have all improved! 

How did he do it?

My weekly training support has made sure of continued progress, from a performance  aspect throughout the 8 months! We’re not done yet this is just the start for Phil👌🏼
