What did he achieve?

Huge body composition changes not just a drop in scale weight:

  • 22CM Chest Circumference Loss

As you can see these figures have resulted in incredible visual changes, showing how well Glyn adhered to the plan!

These figures also mean Glyn lowered his waist to hip ratio, meaning he lost weight around his vital organs (including importantly visceral fat) which changed his body composition and health for the better.

As a result:

  • His clothes now fit much better! (As photos show, he needed a new wardrobe)

  • Gym performance improvements, weights lifted increased considerably throughout!

  • Massive self confidence improved!

  • Mindset, mood and energy improved!

How did he do it?

Glyn decided to have online coaching in the form of a nutrition plan alongside his weekly PT sessions and says it was the turning point for and I agree. It accelerated his progress and created unbreakable positive lifestyle habits!

The weekly nutrition support plan with the weekly check-ins, following and adhering to the nutrition programming I set out for him each week got Glyn to his goal, in his weight loss phase, now moving him into a maintenance phase 2 before phase 3 which will add lean muscle tissue to his now lean physique
