"Time to make myself accountable. I started a journey to improve myself when I was on placement in 2017 and fast forward 2 years on I'm seeing more and more progress each week. I've followed free advice and plans available on the internet but find it difficult to stick to them or the meal plans for long because I have no goal in mind. Being free and open means I don't invest much effort into sticking to the plans I download. 
Now my friend @frostfitnesspt has made and published a programme I've decided to make myself accountable and give it a go with his help and expertise."

How did he do it?

Simple he adheres to the programme. Completed every workout and every conditioning session, making them work around his lifestyle and other commitments. A word from Matt

The goal for me in using Frosty's programme is for me to build lean muscle mass and end at between 10-15% body fat by the end of the 12 weeks.
