30 minute group personal training session for up to 4 people at the bespoke Frost Fitness facility.

Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer: Clients are given the option to cancel/reschedule one pre-booked session without being charged. Any further session cancellations/rescheduling following the first less than 24 hours before a session will still be charged. 24 hours notice must be given prior to any session cancellation/rescheduling to avoid being charged.
