Physical Measurement Assessment

Frost Fitness physical measurements assessment taken and analyse by James @ Frost Fitness. The assessment includes a Tanita scales weigh in providing 9 measures (weight, body fat %, bone density, body water %, muscle mass, physique type, BMR, metabolic age & visceral fat). Blood Pressure and Oxygen Saturation measures taken. MyoTape limb circumference measures and Skulpt Aim body fat % and muscle quality (MQ) measures taken which measures 12 muscles from both the left and right side so 24 measures taken to highlight any muscular imbalances.
