What did he achieve?

In 10 weeks Oliver achieved:

Huge body composition changes with also a huge shift in scale weight:

-10kg Bodyweight 

-12cm off waist circumference 

-2.5cm off hips circumference 

+2.5cm upper right leg circumference 

+4cm upper left leg circumference

As you can see these figures have resulted in significant visual changes, showing his rehab going well and is building muscle tissue/strength in his legs which was confirmed when his physio did a leg extension strength test and strength had significantly increased👌🏼 These figures also mean Oliver has lowered his waist to hips ratio meaning he has lost weight around his vital organs changing his body composition and health for the better🙌🏼👏🏼

Resulting in further achievements including:

•His clothes now fitting much better!

•Gym performance improvements,

weights lifted have increased considerably throughout his ACLR rehab so far!

•Self confidence has improved!

•Mindset, mood and energy are all noticeably better!

How did he do it?

Oli came to me after his ACL reconstructive surgery back in January but he also had his holiday to Rhodes in mind and then finally to get ahead of the game with his return to football and wedding next year! 

 

The weekly nutrition and training support along with the weekly check-ins has made sure of continued progress throughout the 10 weeks. Through Oliver following and adhering to the nutrition programming I’ve set out for him each week along with taking him through his ACLR rehab sessions.
