GARAGE GYM BENCH PROGRAMME TO ENHANCE ATHLETICISM & FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH.

IF YOU HAVE LIMITED EQUIPMENT AT YOUR DISPOSAL & YOUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE AS A SPORT PLAYER TO BENEFIT YOUR PERFORMANCE OR JUST EVERYDAY STRENGTH TO INCREASE YOUR FUNCTIONALITY AS A RECREATIONAL GYM MEMBER, MAKING EVERYDAY TASKS EASIER. THEN THIS IS THE PROGRAMME FOR YOU! 

 

- Comprised of 12 weeks, 6 sessions a week, progressive weighted resistance training & conditioning cardiovascular work.

~ Day 1 : Heavy Upper Strength.

~ Day 2 : Heavy Lower Strength.

~ Day 3 : Weighted Abs.

~ Day 4 : Volume Upper Body. 

~ Day 5 : Explosive Lower Body.

~ Day 6 : Volume Abs.

~ Day 7 : Rest Day (Foam Roll, Stretches & Mobility) or Active Recovery Session.

 

- Plus injury prevention warmups and mobility routines for all upper and lower body sessions with inter PDF hyperlinks. As well as conditioning on days 1, 3, 4 & 6 of all 12 weeks on the training programme.

 

- Furthermore there are hyperlinks to our Youtube channel for every single exercise utilised in the programme.

 

- Finally active recovery sessions for the rest days that you’re not feeling to fatigued and still want to train. These sessions are set at 30-50% of your 3 rep max numbers so to flush any deoxygenated blood and lactic acid build up out of the muscles and get fresh oxygenated blood flowing in. So you should feel better leaving the gym after these sessions.
